Current Job Openings

Project Manager Assistant; full time

Leaaf is currently looking for an entry-level Project Manager Assistant to provide support for some of our biggest clients.  A degree in science or business is preferred.  A variety of tasks will be assigned as needed, including invoicing, scheduling, writing reports, and data review.  

This job will entail providing administrative and technical support to members, project managers, accounting, and internal staff.  This includes: invoicing; maintaining contact with clients, partners and project managers; basic report and proposal writing; researching, analyzing and compiling data / information; scheduling; and various other support tasks.  

This position requires a working knowledge of office systems and procedures, technical writing skills, and use of Microsoft-based computer programs.  Familiarity with Quickbooks is helpful.

Internship Program
Leaaf has an established internship program at its organization and typically has intern positions both at the graduate and undergraduate level available during the spring, summer and fall semesters. These paid positions are
the perfect opportunity for Leaaf to share its environmental expertise with you as you began your career in this field.
