Great Company Culture (Leaaf Family): Leaaf prides itself in not only working together but playing together.
Weekly Cooking: If you are a closet chef and want to try out new recipes, Leaaf pays for the ingredients for someone to cook their creation for the rest of the Leaaf Family in our full kitchen. If you’re not a Top Chef contestant, then there is always the good old standby of ordering pizza.
Monthly Socials: Once a month, Leaaf shuts down the office to break out the smoker, grill or seafood boiler to decompress from the fast-paced world of environmental consulting. Depending on the month, the food will be accompanied with a theme-based adult beverage and yard games.
Quarterly Outings: Once a quarter our monthly social will morph into an out of office outing. Whether it’s heading to one of the parks in the area, a professional basketball or Rugby game, disc golf or a museum, Leaaf tries to get together as a family to enjoy what the community has to offer.
Work that Stays at Work: Leaaf understands that you have a life outside of work; therefore, we try to limit the amount of travel and overtime that one has to put in. We also provide flexibility to make up for the time that our clients do sometimes need.
