Leaaf obtained access agreements and prepared an Additional Work Plan; Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) and Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan, and a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) to conduct a site investigation

Leaaf conducted a Phase I ESA in accordance with ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practices for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process and All Appropriate Inquiry on a 0.8-acre property in Dickens, Texas. 

Leaaf conducted a Phase I ESA in accordance with ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process and All Appropriate Inquiry on an approximately 0.4 acre property in Nacogdoches, Texas.  The property was historically operated as a dry cleaner and clothes cleaner from 1963 to 1990.

From 2014 to 2020, Leaaf worked with Lycée Français de la Nouvelle-Orléans (LFNO) to

Contract:  Leaaf is currently under contract with JESCO Environmental & Geotechnical Services, Inc. (JESCO)

Leaaf conducted a Phase I ESA in accordance with ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process and All Appropriate Inquiry on “The Farm” in San Elizario, Texas as part of an EPA Region 6 TBA.

Following a Phase I ESA, Leaaf prepared a Field Sampling Plan, a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), and a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) to describe procedures for the collection and analysis of soil and groundwater samples to determine whether past uses of the site and adjoining properties have negatively impacted the site.
