Leaaf was engaged to perform a series of environmental site investigations at the Distinctive Cleaners property in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The site had been operational as a dry cleaner since at least 1986,

Leaaf prepared a HUD Environmental Review Record (ERR) for the Community Project Funding Grant under the CDBG-DR Program for improvements of the existing Sankofa Wetland Park & Nature Trail.

Leaaf was contracted by the SCPDC to support the City of Lake Charles in the environmental cleanup and redevelopment planning of the Former Rosteet Elementary School site, a 4.2-acre property located at 1017 6th Avenue in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Leaaf was contracted by the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) to perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for the Former Joshua Butler School located at 300 4th Street in Westwego, Louisiana.

The Ida Petroleum Gasoline site is an abandoned oil refinery which was built and operated by Grand National Oil Company during the 1940s and 1950s.  The Ida Gasoline Company acquired the facility in 1957 and operated the refinery until 1966 when it was closed and abandoned.

Leaaf Environmental, LLC (Leaaf) was engaged by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to perform a comprehensive Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Cactus Pipe facility, a 14-acre site located at 1217 S. Fieldspan Road, Duson, Louisiana.
