Leaaf is grateful to have had the opportunity to assist the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) in their determination to lift the swimming and sediment contact advisories on Bayou Bonfouca in Slidell, LA. Leaaf was contracted to collect and analyze sediments from Bayou Bonfouca. The results of the analyses were evaluated by LDEQ and the Louisiana Department of Health to determine that the advisories were no longer needed.
