Leaaf conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the property in accordance with ASTM E 1527-21 in order to qualify for Landowner Liability Protections (LLPs) limitations under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).   The site was developed in 2006 as an Auto Body Repair and Paint facility.  The site investigation concluded that there were no recognize environmental conditions (RECs), Historic RECs, Controlled RECs, Vapor Encroachment Conditions (VECs), or de minimus conditions associated with the subject property from past activities conducted at the site or adjacent and surrounding properties.  Leaaf recommended no further investigation at that time.
