Leaaf Environmental, LLC (Leaaf) was engaged by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to perform a comprehensive Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Cactus Pipe facility, a 14-acre site located at 1217 S. Fieldspan Road, Duson, Louisiana.

Leaaf Environmental was engaged to carry out a comprehensive Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at Meche’s Exxon Station, located at 505 North Main Street in Washington, Louisiana.

The Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services (RMCHCS) East Facility site is located at 640-660 Vanden Bosch Drive in Gallup, McKinley County, New Mexico. Constructed in the 1960s, the 40-acre site consists of five onsite structures that were used by RMCHCS as medical facilities, office buildings, 2-story warehouse, storage shed and a Navajo Hogan.

The property previously operated as Northside Motor Exchange beginning in 1975. The facility included three gasoline USTs on the east, central, and southern portions of the property associated with an automotive filling and repair station. The following is a case study presenting the investigation and remediation activities conducted during the course of this project.

Leaaf's Environmental Health and Safety Division was contacted to aid in conducting a baseline ambient area air monitoring survey at a proposed substation site located in South Padre Island, Texas.

The approximately 12-acres site was industrially developed in the early 1950s as an expansion to a portion of the original John-Manville Facility, a facility that manufactured products containing asbestos for use in roofing, flooring, and piping.  

Historically, the Brothers Discount property operated as a retail gasoline and convenience store under various owners and facility names until abandoned after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The Tulane Shell facility has been operated as a gasoline service with three underground storage tanks (USTs) and four active fuel dispensers.
