Leaaf Environmental, LLC (Leaaf)’s Environmental Site Assessments Division conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with ASTM E 1527-21 at the Zachary Commerce Center property as part of a financial transaction.  The subject property consisted of an approximately 4.6-acre site that was developed in 2006 as a Retail Strip Mall / Commerce Center.  Past uses included agricultural operations, residential, and a trailer park.  The site investigation concluded that there were no recognize environmental conditions (RECs), Historic RECs, Controlled RECs, Vapor Encroachment Conditions (VECs), or significant data gaps in connection with the subject property from past activities conducted at the site or adjacent and surrounding properties.
