Dew Drop Inn
We are grateful to be a part of the redevelopment of the old Dew Drop Inn, a hotel and nightclub on LaSalle Street, from the 1940s to 1970s. Some of the famous artists that performed at the venue included Little Richard, Ray Charles, James Brown, and Ike & Tina Turner. Plans are for the Inn to be renovated as a boutique hotel and rock 'n roll museum.

Imperial Cleaners & Laundry Site Investigation
Leaaf completed a Site Investigation or this former dry-cleaning facility. The property began operating as a dry-cleaning facility between 1950 and 1963 and operated until between 2008 and 2013.
Shreveport Arts Targeted Brownfields Assessment
This Brownfields project was completed as part of the corporate agreement between the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality's (LDEQ’s) Targeted Brownfields Assessment (TBA) program and Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA’s) Brownfield and Land Revitalization Program.
