Leaaf's Site Assessments Division provided the Environmental Professional and Environmental Lead for for St. Claude Gardens, a 39-unit single-family and duplex rental housing development throughout various lots in the Lower Ninth Ward District of New Orleans.

As part of school-wide renovations and capital improvements for a New Orleans area private high school, Leaaf provided asbestos and lead services to support the school’s main campus facilities plan.

Leaaf conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with ASTM E 1527-21 at the Slidell Square Shopping Center property as part of a financial transaction.
Full Facility Compliance for a Brick Manufacturing Facility
Leaaf Environmental, LLC (Leaaf) has successfully supervised the transfer of a brick manufacturing facility to a new owner by managing the submission of a Notice of Change to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ).
Dew Drop Inn
We are grateful to be a part of the redevelopment of the old Dew Drop Inn, a hotel and nightclub on LaSalle Street, from the 1940s to 1970s. Some of the famous artists that performed at the venue included Little Richard, Ray Charles, James Brown, and Ike & Tina Turner. Plans are for the Inn to be renovated as a boutique hotel and rock 'n roll museum.
