Leaaf is excited to continue our Brownfields work with the South Central Planning and Development Commission (SCPDC) by providing on-call environmental consulting services (Pre-Phase I/Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments) at sites with petroleum and/or hazardous contaminants associated with SCPDCs EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant.

Brownfields are properties that are or may be contaminated with hazardous substances, pollutants, petroleum, or other contaminants that pose a barrier to redevelopment. These properties are often in struggling neighborhoods and areas with blight, deteriorated infrastructure, or other challenges and are eyesores as well as potential health and safety concerns for the community.
Leaaf looks forward to achieving excellent results revitalizing brownfields sites, sparking new life into properties and communities that have declined for years.
